1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RangeScout ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our," or "us") at rangescout.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and RangeScout. Your use of the Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms.

2. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE - CRITICAL DISCLAIMER

2.1 Informational Purposes Only

RangeScout is an informational tool that provides data analysis, historical backtesting results, and educational content about DLMM liquidity pools. WE DO NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

2.2 Not a Regulated Financial Advisor

RangeScout is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other regulated financial entity. We are not licensed to provide financial advice in any jurisdiction. Our Service should be used as ONE DATA SOURCE among many in your independent research process.

2.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for conducting your own independent research and due diligence before making any investment decisions. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Understanding the risks of DeFi and cryptocurrency investments
  • Analyzing market conditions and protocol security
  • Reviewing smart contract code and audit reports
  • Assessing your personal risk tolerance and financial situation
  • Consulting with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals
  • Understanding the specific DLMM protocol you're using

We make NO guarantees, warranties, representations, or predictions about:

Past performance does not indicate future results. All historical data and backtested results are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as predictions or guarantees.

2.5 High-Risk Investment Warning

WARNING: Cryptocurrency and DeFi investments, including liquidity provision in DLMM pools, are EXTREMELY HIGH RISK and may result in TOTAL LOSS OF CAPITAL. Risks include but are not limited to:

  • Impermanent Loss: Can result in losses compared to holding assets
  • Smart Contract Exploits: Bugs or vulnerabilities leading to total fund loss
  • Protocol Failures: DLMM protocols can fail, be exploited, or become insolvent
  • Market Volatility: Extreme price swings can cause significant losses
  • Regulatory Risk: Changing regulations may impact your positions
  • Token Devaluation: Tokens may lose all value
  • Liquidity Risk: Inability to exit positions at desired prices

3. Service Description

RangeScout provides the following services:

  • Historical analysis of DLMM liquidity pools across 9 blockchain networks
  • Backtesting of liquidity provision strategies over 180-day periods
  • Data-driven insights on pool volatility, fee capture, and profitability
  • Range optimization recommendations based on historical data
  • Pool discovery and opportunity scanning tools
  • Signal generation from market data sources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account by providing:

  • Valid email address
  • Secure password meeting our requirements
  • Optional: Name for personalization

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

4.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Free account: $0, no credits included
  • Starter: $29/month, 150 credits/month
  • Pro: $99/month, 700 credits/month
  • Enterprise: $399/month, 3,500 credits/month

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5.3 Credits

Credits are used to access premium features. Monthly subscription credits refresh on the 1st of each month. Credit costs:

  • Deep Pool Analysis: 10 credits
  • Signal Scans: 5 credits
  • Pool/Opportunity/Bittensor Scans: 2 credits each

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email before price changes take effect.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable as credits are delivered immediately.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

6.1 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Misrepresent analysis results as your own work
  • Resell or redistribute our data or analysis

6.2 API Usage

API access (Enterprise only) is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions. Violation of API terms may result in immediate suspension.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our IP

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and analysis algorithms, are owned by RangeScout and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 User Content

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 "As Is" Basis

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR RELIABILITY.

8.2 No Warranty of Accuracy

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Data or analysis will be accurate, complete, or current
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Service is free of viruses or harmful components

8.3 Third-Party Data

Our Service relies on third-party data sources (blockchain data, price feeds, DEX APIs). We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in third-party data.

8.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RANGESCOUT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of cryptocurrency, tokens, or other digital assets
  • Trading losses or impermanent loss
  • Loss of data or information
  • Cost of substitute services
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service

8.5 Cap on Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. FOR USERS WITHOUT A PAID PLAN, OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

8.6 Investment Losses

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INVESTMENT LOSSES, TRADING LOSSES, IMPERMANENT LOSS, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR RELIANCE ON ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RangeScout, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your investment decisions and resulting losses
  • Any content you submit to the Service

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10.3 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date
  • Sending email notification to your registered email
  • Displaying a prominent notice on our Service

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

12. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RangeScout regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THESE TERMS
  • YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS
  • YOU UNDERSTAND RANGESCOUT DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL ADVICE
  • YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INVESTMENT DECISIONS
  • YOU ACCEPT THE RISKS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY AND DEFI INVESTMENTS
  • YOU WAIVE ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO INVESTMENT LOSSES

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Service and delete your account.
